• Take the A380, then the A3022 into Torquay.
• Follow the signs for the town centre.
• Take the right, at the traffic lights, signpost seafront.
• This takes you onto Belgrave Road. At traffic lights turn left onto Lucius Street.
• Take the next left and park on the second car park for the Mariners Guesthouse.
